The Niagara Bunch Grape Vine ripens in August through September and is commercially used for the production and sales of grape juice, wine and for fresh consumption. This grapevine yields huge bunches of white grapes that are sweet and lower in acid. In favorable conditions, the White Niagara Bunch Grape Vine can out-produce the regular Concord grape, and this grape is not as acidic as most other cultivars, a fact that makes it popular for store sales and for using as a table grape for fresh eating.
